This Chamber Summons seeks bringing on record legal heirs of the deceased Plaintiff No.2 after setting aside the abatement of the Suit as against Plaintiff No.2. There is delay of 174 days in taking out the present chamber summons. The chamber summons has been duly served on the Defendants. The affidavit of service filed by the Plaintiffs indicates that Defendant No.4 has been served by RPAD. Defendant Nos.1, 2, 2(a) and 7 have also been served by RPAD/Speed Post, but AD cards of the same are awaited. Defendant Nos.3, 5 and 6 have been served at their last known address which is reflected in plaint, but the packet has been returned 'unclaimed'. None appears today to show cause.
