These two petitions, respectively, challenge an order on interim rise in payment of wages and refusal to issue a recovery certificate in respect of these amounts. During the pendency of these petitions, the amounts have been duly paid and there is no grievance on the part of the union in that behalf.

Accordingly, the petitions have been rendered infructuous and are disposed of as such.
