These three petitions were disposed of by a common order passed by this Court in the open Court on 23 August, 2023. However, inadvertently, the order on Writ Petition No. 1633 of 2019 (Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors.) came to be uploaded when in fact the 29 August, 2023
801.WP1633_2019.DOC common order ought to have been uploaded. We have explained this fact to the learned counsel for the parties. We have also brought to their notice the common order which the Court had passed on these petitions, as the issue in all these three petitions were similar including the prayers. Learned counsel for the parties fairly agree to this position. We, accordingly, recall our order dated 23 August, 2023 passed in Writ Petition No. 1633 of 2019 to be substituted by the common order dated 23 August, 2023 being passed on all these three petitions.

To avoid any confusion, the previous order dated 23 August, 2023 passed in Writ Petition No. 1633 of 2019 stands deleted. Office is directed to upload the common order dated 23 August, 2023 disposing of all these three petitions.
