The learned Counsel for the Applicant has taken out this Chamber Summons for permission to delete the name of the old trustees i.e. Defendant Nos.2 to 12 as they have retired and add the names of Respondent Nos.1 to 12 as the Defendant Nos. 2 to 13 who are the new trustees who have been appointed and make necessary amendment in the Plaint and proceedings as set out in the schedule to the Chamber Summons.
