By this chamber summons the applicant (original petitioner) seeks amendment to the writ petition and to impugn subsequent order passed by the authority. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection if the chamber summons is allowed. 2.

The chamber summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendment to be carried out within one week 1/2

22-chsw140-19.doc from today and shall serve the amended copy of the writ petition upon the respondents one week thereafter. It is made clear that merely because the amendment is permitted as prayed, none of the respondents admit any contents of the amended petition. The respondents are permitted to file affidavit in reply to the amended writ petition within one week from the date of service of the amended copy of the petition and shall serve a copy thereof upon the petitioner's advocate simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within one week thereafter with a copy to be served upon the respondents' advocate simultaneously.
