The Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocates for the parties. 2.

The statement tendered contains agreements and undertakings. These are accepted as undertakings to the Court. 3.
In view of this, the Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. Refund of Court fee, if any, in accordance with the Rules.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.

In view of disposal of the Suit, all pending interim applications do not survive and are disposed of accordingly.

The Copy of the authority letter in favour of Plaintiff's authorized signatory is to be placed on record.
