We are told the question is of completing Section 95A proceedings under the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority Act, 1976 ("MHADA Act") against Respondents Nos 6 to 8. This will have to be done by Respondent No 3, MHADA. Those proceedings have been pending since 2016. We direct the ofocer concerned at MHADA to dispose of those 4th March 2024

923-OSWP-24-2023.DOC Section 95A proceedings at the earliest possible and preferably within eight weeks from today with a reasoned order after giving due notice to all concerned and in accordance with all existing rules, norms, statutes and policies.
