By consent, all disputes and diferences between the parties including those allegedly pending in arbitration are disposed of with the following statement that Dr Saraf is instructed to make on behalf of the Petitioners, viz., that the Petitioners shall pay the interest and principal amount to the Respondent/Lender as per the terms of the agreement/sanction letter dated 26th June 2018. 9th December 2019
