Heard Ms.Neeta Masurkar, learned Counsel for the applicant-petitioner and Mr.Jaiprakash Sawant, learned Counsel for the respondent.

Ms.Masurkar submitted that by order dated 07/04/2015, petitions instituted by the petitioner were dismissed. On the oral application made on behalf of the petitioner, operation of that order is stayed for a period of 4 weeks. She further submitted that 4 weeks may further be extended as the petitioner is in the process of filing Special Leave Petition in the Apex Court. She further assures that petitioner will not seek further extension of time under any circumstance. Assurance given by Ms.Masurkar is accepted.

In view thereof, as and by way of indulgence, stay for 4 weeks granted by order dated 07/04/2015 is further extended by a period of 4 weeks with express understanding that no further time will be sought. Notice of Motions are made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.
