The notice of motion seeks recall and setting aside of a self operative order of dismissal passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court for failure to remove office objections. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, the order of dismissal is recalled and set aside, and the Writ Petition is restored to file. The Petitioner to remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the Petition shall be dismissed without reference to this Court.
