The parties have also filed consent terms wherein both the plaintiffs and 3 defendants' have signed, so also their respective Advocates. The counsel for the plaintiffs states that both the plaintiffs are in Court and identifies them and also their signatures. The counsel for the defendants states that defendant no.2 is present and she identifies signatures of defendants 1, 2 & 3.
