The Suit was filed for a divorce under Section 32(dd) of the Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act 1936 ("the Act"). Parties have now agreed to settle the matter and take a divorce by mutual consent under Section 32B of the Act. Consent Terms have been drawn up. These have been signed by both parties. The parties are personally present in Court. They confirm the correctness of the Consent Terms and that these Consent Terms have been arrived at and executed by the parties of their own volition and in reflection of their true intentions. There are no minors involved. Provisions have been made for permanent alimony and return of property. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'C' for identification with today's date. The marriage of the parties is dissolved by mutual consent under Section 32B of the Act. The Suit 2nd November 2018

901-PS6-18.DOC is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court. Refund of Court fees, if any, in accordance with the Rules. Drawn up decree expedited.

The Defendant has not engaged a lawyer.

The Court Receiver appointed is discharged without passing accounts. His costs and charges, if any, will be shared equally by the two parties.
