Dr. Saraf, counsel for petitioner tenders consent terms dated 7th June, 2017 signed by the advocates for petitioner and the advocates for respondents. Dr. Saraf, Mr. Shenoy and Mr. Kode confirm that their respective advocates have instructions from their respective clients to enter into this consent terms. The representative of the petitioner is not present in court. So also respondent no.4.

Mr. Shenoy,, counsel for respondent nos.1,2,3 and 5 states that respondent no.2 is present in court and respondent no.2 is the Director of respondent no.1. Mr. Shenoy further states that respondent no.2 has authority to sign the consent terms on behalf of respondent no.1 as well as respondent nos.3 and 5 and based on that authority, respondent no.2 has Gauri Gaekwad

2/2 904.ARBPL-449-2017.doc signed the consent terms. Mr. Shenoy states that on or before 9th June, 2017 respondent no.2 will also file the authority from respondent nos.1, 3 and 5.

Dr. Saraf, counsel for petitioner states that the authorised signatory of the petitioner will come to the court tomorrow and sign the consent terms in the presence of the Associate of this court. Mr. Kode, counsel for respondent no.4 states that respondent no.4 is abroad and within one week from today will come to the court and sign the consent terms in the presence of the Associate of this court. Statements accepted. The consent terms is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. All undertakings given in the consent terms are accepted and so ordered. All statements made in the consent terms are accepted as undertaking to this court. Order in terms of the consent terms. Petition accordingly stands disposed.
