By consent, we allow the Contempt Appeal and set aside the impugned order of the learned Single Judge dated 03.05.2019. The amount of Rs.1,00,000/- paid towards cash security for bail be refunded to the Appellant. The PR bond shall stand cancelled. We note the presence of the Appellant in Court.

In view of disposal of Appeal, the Notice of Motion does not survive and to stand disposed of.
