Ms Pednekar tenders affidavit of Mr. Tiwari, Sherif's bailiff, affirmed on 7th February, 2019, in which it is stated that the packets sent to respondents were returned undelivered with the endorsement "left" on 6th January, 2017.

More than two years have passed since then and applicant has taken no steps to locate respondents and serve the notice upon them. Ms Pednekar states that within one week they will find out the alternate address of respondents.

Claimant/applicant had more than two years from 6th January, 2017, when the packets came back undelivered, to find out the alternate address of respondents. The cause list for today was released on 1st February 2019, and even thereafter claimant had 6 days to find out the Meera Jadhav

2/2 N-2241-16(17).doc address. This is nothing but an attempt to keep the matters on file of this court, but not taking any steps.

In the circumstances, notice as well as the execution application stand dismissed.
