When this matter was listed on the last occasion, namely on 09.09.2019, none had appeared on behalf of the Plaintiff. Even on an earlier date namely on 18.02.2019, none had appeared on behalf of the Plaintiff in Notice of Motion No.213 of 2014. It was in these circumstances, that the Notice of Motion No.213 of 2014 was dismissed for want of prosecution. Considering that the Plaintiff had not appeared in the suit on the last occasion, the matter was placed on board today under the caption for dismissal.

Even today when the matter is called out, none appeared on behalf of the Plaintiff. It appears from the conduct of the Plaintiff that they are not interested in prosecuting the above suit. In these circumstances, the suit is dismissed for want of prosecution.
