In view of disposal of the Appeal, Notice of Motion No.314 of 2019 does not survive, the same is disposed of. The Court Receiver is present. He states that the Respondentsoriginal petitioners be directed to pay an amount of Rs.6,816/- towards the costs, charges and expenses. Learned Counsel for the Respondentsoriginal petitioners states that this amount will be deposited in the Office of the Court Receiver, within a period of two weeks.
