He also seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (hereafter "Tribunal", for short) in accordance with law for the self-same relief as claimed in this writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal in accordance with law on the self-same cause of action.
