Mr. Chandraprakash A. Shukla, Advocate for Insolvent Nos. 1 to 3. Shreerang Purandare, insolvent no. 3.

Insolvent No. 4 since deceased.

To-day, the meeting is fixed for the Public Examination of the Insolvents by their Creditors as well as an Application of the Insolvents to discharge their previous Advocate viz. Shri Prakash A. Kadam. In support of application for discharging the earlier Advocate, an Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order of Dr. Shreerang Vishwanath Purandare, Insolvent No.3 solemnly affirmed on 21st March, 2017 is also annexed. ....2/-

Advocate also annexed the Affidavit of service dated 12th April, 2017 of service of this Chamber Order upon Advocate Shri Prakash A. Kadam. By preacipe dated 28th April, 2017, Mr. C.A. Shukla, present Advocate also annexed no objection dated 26th April, 2017 of the previous Advocate Shri Prakash A. Kadam.

Regarding conducting the Public Examination of the Insolvents by their Creditors, Mr. Shukla informs that the Insolvents have taken out Notice of Motion bearing No. 17 of 2017 for annulment of Order of adjudication under Section 21 of the Bombay Presidency Towns Insolvency Act, 1909. The said Notice of Motion is also fixed for hearing before the Hon'ble Insolvency Judge on tomorrow i.e. 20th June, 2017 and, therefore, Mr. Shukla requests to adjourn today's meeting atleast by 4 weeks. Mr. Naringrekar does not have any objection.

PER INSOLVENCY REGISTRAR :

It is, therefore, Ordered that Shri Prakash A. Kadam, Advocate be and is hereby discharged as an Advocate on behalf of the Insolvents in the above Insolvency Petition and it is hereby lastly ordered that Shri Prakash A. Kadam , Advocate do hand over all the papers and proceedings relating to the above Insolvency Petition to the Insolvents upon payment of professional fees, costs, if any.

In view thereof, Chamber Order bearing No. 612 of 2017 is disposed off and by consent of the parties present, the matter is now adjourned to 20 th July, 2017 at 3.00 p.m. for public Examination of the Insolvents by their Creditors. Sd/- rrk/drt.
