According to the Petitioner he is tenant of Gala B-A on the ground floor of the subject property, which is ground plus one floor structure. Inasmuch as the building in question has already been demolished and the grievance of the Petitioner is limited to the certified list of tenants prepared by the Respondent Corporation, we dispose of the Petition by granting liberty to the Petitioner to make Representation to the Respondent Corporation in respect of his grievance as regards certified list of tenants.
