The learned advocate appearing on behalf of petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner, who is present in the court, states that due to subsequent developments and the fact that joint possession has been given of the subject tenements bearing nos.503, 504 and 505 to the petitioner on 30th May 2017, nothing survives in this notice of motion. He, however, requests that the time to vacate the premises which are in occupation of the petitioner by virtue of transit accommodation being Flat Nos.101, 601 and 609, Saati Asra Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., New Prabhadevi Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400 025, be extended up to 3rd June 2017. He further states that the keys of these premises shall be handed over by the petitioner to the advocate of respondent no.3.
It is clarified that if the petitioner do not vacate the said premises on or before 3rd June 2017, respondent nos.1 and 2 shall be at liberty to forcefully evict them from the said premises with police assistance, if required.
