CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.943 OF 2011 Ms. Ravi, counsel for respondents states that respondents, viz., Rajeev Kumar and Sheeba Rajeev Kumar are present in Court and identifies them. Ms. Ravi hands over a photocopy of letter dated 26th February 2019 bearing reference no.1328/G/2019-2 from the Principal Secretary of Government of Tamil Nadu, Commercial Taxes and Registration (G) Department, Secretariat, Chennai - 9 in which it is stated that the operation of the award passed by the Arbitrator of Chits, Central Chennai is stayed till the disposal of the appeal. Copy of the same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. For ease of reference, a scanned copy of the same is

3/4 In the circumstances, chamber summons dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take out fresh chamber summons once the appeal is heard and disposed. Execution application is also stayed. The warrant of attachment also stands raised. Consequently, chamber summons no.737 of 2011 also stands disposed.

4/4 A copy of this order be sent to the Principal Secretary to Government, Commercial Taxes and Registration (G) Department, Secretariat, Chennai - 9 who is directed to forward a copy of the order staying operation of the award for this Court's records and copy thereof be also sent to claimant's advocates - India Law.
