This chamber summons seeks condonation of delay of 20 days in filing a caveat and affidavit in support of the caveat. The chamber summons was sought to be served on the Petitioner, who appears in person, twice. The packets have come back with remarks "intimation posted" and "not claimed", respectively. The service shall be treated as complete and affidavit of service shall be filed by the Applicant within two weeks from today. For the reasons stated, the chamber summons is allowed by condoning the delay. Office to take on record the Applicant's caveat together with the affidavit in support of the caveat.
