By this application, the applicant / original petitioner is seeking post grant amendment of succession certificate issued by this Court. The certificate was originally issued on 02nd March, 2019. Subsequently, post grant amendment was granted by an order dated 01st October, 2021.

It is the case of the applicant that thereafter, further details of the debts and securities were received, necessitating filing of the present application. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the applicant intends to amend the schedule as per Exhibit "C". 3.

This Court has perused the contents of the same and it is found that in the interest of justice, the application deserves to be allowed.
