Since the Applicant/Plaintiff by this Application seeks deposit and/or security of the Suit claim, it may be appropriate to dispose of this Application with liberty to the Applicant/Plaintiff to revive the prayer in the event decree is passed. 4.

The Interim Application stands disposed.
