The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners, on instructions, submits that she does not wish to press this petition since the BIFR proceedings are scheduled to be held on 13th August, 2015. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. All the contentions raised by the Petitioners are kept open. We direct the BIFR to dispose of the proceedings as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of eight weeks.
