By this notice of motion, the applicant (original caveator) seeks liberty to withdraw the caveat bearing No.102 of 2016 and seeks permission for impleadment of the applicant as co-petitioner. He also prays that Letter of Administration be issued in the joint names of the petitioner and the applicant.

Learned counsel appearing for the original petitioner states that his client has no objection if the reliefs as prayed in the notice of motion are granted. Statement is accepted.

Notice of motion is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). The applicant is transposed as the petitioner no.2. Office is directed to proceed with the letters of administration in
