Mr.Shaikh appearing for plaintiff states that he has no objection if the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) but has objection for Rider-2 mentioned in Schedule of amendment. Mr.Vasudeo appearing for applicant agrees with Mr.Shaikh and states that Schedule was not drafted by him but by an earlier advocate. The chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
