Learned counsel for the petitioner is desirous of correcting the plaint and seeking leave under clause XII of the Letters Patent. She seeks to replace paragraph 18 of the plaint with paragraph 18 of the draft handed in. 2.

She seeks leave to withdraw the clause XII petition and file a fresh petition for leave under clause XII.

In view thereof, the leave petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition.
