Present Misc. Petition is filed by the Petitioner for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of deceased Kusum Pravin Mehta who expired on 28.09.2020. The names of the legal heirs are mentioned in paragraph No. 4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No. 8 of the Petition. I have perused the same. 5.

In view of the above, present Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :-

P.13.MPT.295 of 23.doc "a. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Legal Heirship Certificate to the Petitioner under the provision of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 certifying that Pravin Ratilal Mehta (husband) and Bhavin Pravin Mehta (son) as the only legal heirs of the deceased."
