FINAL ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. Considering the fact that the Petitioner's Appeal is pending before the High Power Committee against the impugned order passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Slum Rehabilitation Authority, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing the High Power Committee to decide the Appeal as early as possible preferably within ten weeks. There is no question of stay at present in the stay application, which is already rejected by the High Power Committee as per the statement made by Respondent No.3 referring to order dated 26/05/2015.
