This Admiralty Suit claims enforcement of a personal liability against the Defendants. Similar suits have been disposed of by this Court by holding that such claims cannot be brought before this Court in its Admiralty jurisdiction. The plaints in these suits were returned for presentation before the appropriate forum, which in this case is the Bombay City Civil Court. Having regard to these orders, the present suit may also have be transferred to the Bombay City Civil Court. Accordingly, the plaint in the present suit is returned to the Plaintiff for its presentation before the Bombay City Civil Court. ( S.C.GUPTE J. ) Pg 1 of 1
