The Advocate on record for the Appellant has taken out a Chamber Order being Chamber Order (L) No.1240 of 2017 seeking discharge. Discharge is sought on the basis of an order made by Karnataka High Court directing winding up of the Petitioner Company. The Official Liquidator has been appointed as the Liquidator of the Petitioner Company.

To the affidavit in support of the Chamber Order, a letter dated 16th September, 2017 addressed by the Advocate for the Petitioner to the Official Liquidator who has been appointed as the Liquidator of the Petitioner Company has been annexed. The

Accordingly, we grant discharge to the Advocate for the Appellant by making the Chamber Order absolute. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. We make it clear that it will be always open for the Official Liquidator of the Petitioner Company to make an Application for revival of the Petition, if he so desires.

In view of the above, Chamber Summons No. 230 of 2016 also stands disposed of.
