This notice of motion is for restoring the petition that came to be dismissed by a self operating order dated 8th March 2011 for non-removal of office objections.

Considered the affidavit in support and for the reasons mentioned therein, the petition is restored to file. Office objections to be removed on or before 4th February 2017, failing which the petition will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. No application for extension of time and no application for restoration of the petition will be entertained. The notice of motion disposed.
