The learned A.G.P. submitted that the petitioner is having substantive alternate remedy at his commend i.e. by way of appeal before the High Power Committee against the impugned order dated 19.5.2015. In view of the submissions made by the learned A.G.P. for the State, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to adopt an appropriate alternate remedy, if so advised. Leave and liberty granted.
