This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, "the Act") praying that the mandate of the arbitral tribunal to conclude the arbitral proceedings be extended for a period of one year. The parties agree that within such extended time, efforts would be made to conclude the arbitral proceedings so that no further extension would be required to be sought for. 3.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is in the interest of justice that the time for the arbitral tribunal to conclude the arbitral proceedings and make an award is further extended by a period of one year from 31 March, 2022.
