The Petition is for leave under Clause XII. The proposed Suit is a copyright infringement action. Some of the proposed Defendants are outside the jurisdiction of this Court. However, a material part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court as set out in paragraph 19 of the Petition. I am satisfied that with leave granted this Court will have the necessary jurisdiction to entertain and try the Suit. Leave granted. 2.
