By this Chamber Summons, the applicant has prayed for condoning the delay of 27 days in filing the Chamber Summons and has sought permission to bring on record legal representatives of respondent No.3 - Navroz Langrana as per Schedule. Ms Freny Langrana, widow of respondent No.3 is present in the Court. She has tendered affidavitin-reply. The same is taken on record. Mr. More submits that the applicant has paid a sum of Rs.30,304/- towards full and final settlement of claim of Navroz Langrana. Ms Langrana accepts that she has received amount of Rs.30,304/- as and by way of full and final settlement of claim of her husband. She further submits that after bringing legal representatives of Navroz Langrana on record, their names may be deleted as the matter is settled between the parties. 1/2

In view thereof, Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the cause title of the Petition shall be carried out within 1 week from today. Since the amendment is of formal nature, affirmation in support thereof is dispensed with.

In view of the settlement, after the amendment is carried out, the legal representatives of Navroz Langrana namely, Freny Navroz Langrana and Daisy Navroz Langrana stand deleted from the present proceedings.
