Eighteen months period has expired on 1st May, 2018. The arbitral proceedings are at the arguments stage. Learned arbitrator is granted six months extension to make an award with effect from 1st May, 2018. The parties are directed to co-operate with each other and also with the learned arbitrator in making an award within the extended period. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted.

The arbitration petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
