The Petitioner and Respondent No. 5 in Writ Petition No. 224 of 2016 have filed the consent terms. This Petition challenges the notice issued by the Corporation for demolition of the structure in question. Now the Petitioner and Respondent No. 5 have made settlement and filed the consent terms and in terms of it the Petitioner is seeking withdrawal of the Petition.

The said consent terms dated 29th July, 2016 are taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. We find that the consent terms are legal and proper and signed by the parties. The consent terms are accepted. In the circumstances, in view of the terms in the consent terms, the Writ Petition No. 224 of 2016 is disposed of. The parties to act upon the consent terms.
