This is a Notice of Motion by the State Government for an order condoning the delay in filing the documents and to recall/modify the order closing the case of the State Government joined as Defendants Nos. 4 to 8 to the Suit. 2.

Ms Shastri states that an Affidavit was in fact ready but could not be filed because the officer concerned suffered a bereavement and on the next date she herself was held up in another Court. This 14th August 2018

18-NMS1018-17.DOC is stated on Affidavit. Ms Shastri confirms that the Affidavit of Documents is in fact ready. The Affidavit of Documents is ready. I will permit this to be filed on or before 27th August 2018 provided a compilation is also filed and served by that date, failing which the State Government will not be permitted to file any further documents or to file an Affidavit of Evidence. 3.
