Heard applicant appearing in-person. Learned Counsel representing the Municipal Corporation has no instructions as regards decision taken on an application dated 9th July, 2014. Only prayer made in SQ Pathan 1/2

Hence, we need not keep the Notices of Motion pending and the same are disposed of by passing following order:

ORDER

(i) If application dated 9th July, 2014 made by the applicant is pending as of today, appropriate decision shall be taken on the said application as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of one month from today.

(ii) The decision taken on the said application shall be immediately communicated to the applicant.
