After hearing the parties for some time, we find that by consent of parties, this writ petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the DRT-II, Mumbai to dispose of Securitization Application No.20 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(905)WPLNo.14392017 respondent Nos.1 and 2 state, on instructions, that till the Securitization Application is heard and decided, the respondent Bank shall not take possession of the premises being Flat No.B/102, Prince Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Opposite Hill part, Jivdani Road, Virar (East) District Thane - 401 303. The Writ Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
