Having heard learned senior counsel for the Petitioner, learned AGP for the Respondent-State and learned counsel for the Respondent-Corporation, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the Deputy Municipal Commissioner, Zone-V, MCGM to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 6th August 2016, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-H to the petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open. The concerned DY.M.C. shall decide the said patilsr 1 / 2

representation independently, on its own merits and in accordance with law.

In order to enable the Dy.M. C. to comply with this order, the Petitioner shall remain present before the said officer on 17th December 2018 at 11.00 a.m. along with a copy of this order and copy of the said representation.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
