The Suit is settled. I also note that a connected proceedings in the form of an administrative Suit is also said to have been recently compromised between the same parties. The Consent Terms are signed by the Petitioner, the three Caveators and their respective Advocates. The minutes of the Consent Order are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. I am satisfied that these minutes are fair and reasonable, not contrary to law, drawn and signed with fraud or coercion and correctly reflect the parties' intentions.

The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms, all undertakings, if any, being accepted as undertakings to the Court. Drawn up order/decree is dispensed with. 3.
All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 4.
Given that by these minutes, the Caveats are now withdrawn, the Petition will now proceed as an uncontested Petition for probate. The Department is directed to give this matter priority and to issue probate on an urgent basis acting on an authenticated copy of this order.
