2/3 Mr.Milind Borkar i/b.Charanjeet Chanderpal for Petitioner CORAM : V. M. KANADE & REVATI MOHITE DERE, JJ.
DATE : FEBRUARY 3, 2016 P.C. :
1.
It appears that today only Writ Petition No. 2129 of 2015 is shown on the Board for withdrawal. A praecipe, however, is filed by the Petitioner, listing all the four matters for withdrawal and for appropriate order. The other two matter viz. Appeal No.646 of 2015 and Writ Petition 1869 of 2015 are also taken on the Board. Since in fourth matter viz. Writ Petition 7486 of 2015, neither the Petitioner nor his counsel is appeared before us, the said matter is kept pending and liberty is granted to the Petitioner to apply for withdrawal of the petition. 2.
The learned counsel for the Petitioner (in three matters) submits that the parties have settled the dispute in Supreme Court and, therefore, he seeks leave to withdraw all the three matters viz. WP No.2129 of 2015, Appeal No. 646 of 2015 and Writ Petition No. 1869 of 2015.
3/3 3.
All the aforesaid three matters are allowed to be withdrawn and are accordingly disposed of.
REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
V.M. KANADE, J.
