This is a Notice under Order XXI Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 ("CPC"). Mediation has failed. Mr Pai appears for some of the Judgment Debtors. His instructions are to oppose execution. That is not reason enough to dismiss the Notice under Order XXI Rule 22 of the CPC. The Notice is made absolute. 2.

All contentions of the Judgment Debtors are specifically kept open for consideration in the Execution Application and any interim or interlocutory applications that may be filed in the Execution Application.
