DATED :- JUNE 8, 2016 P.C. :- When this petition was placed today, we inquired from Mr. Utangale as to why the High Power Committee refused to accept the appeal of the petitioners. On instructions, Mr.Utangale states that the registry or concerned officials of the High Power Committee will accept the appeal and will give acknowledgement of such acceptance to the petitioners. Thereafter, the appeal would be registered and placed before the High Power Committee for hearing in accordance with law.
