The only substantive prayer in this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is prayer clause (a). Now, this prayer is worked out in the light of the orders annexed to the affidavit-inreply of the sixth Respondent. Remedy of the Petitioner now is to challenge the orders which are passed by the Municipal Corporation.
