The Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have settled all of their disputes amicably out of the Court, as submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 has endorsed the same. Petitioner and the Principal of the School i.e. Respondent No. 4 are personally present in the Court and they are identified by their respective Counsel. They submit that the Consent Terms which are now produced before the Court and marked as 'A' for identification are acceptable to them and they would abide by the same.

In view of above, Petition is disposed of in view of the Consent Terms 'A'. No costs.
